ACTOR.

My only ambition as an actor has always been to have the possibility of working with directors through whom I could enrich my knowledge of cinema.

I have had the privilege of working on exciting films, as much by their subjects as their directors and players.

After “Amen” by Costa Gavras (whose film “Z” is one of the foundations of HATE), I had the impression of having been through the list of inspired directors I had access to. I officially withdrew from the market to devote myself more ardently to my own work as a director.

I even said on several occasions that it would have to be Steven Spielberg at least, my favourite director, for me to want to work as an actor again.

There are moments in life when it’s better not to try to understand…

Now that I have had the chance of working on MUNICH with my cinema master, today I can affirm that now it would have to be nothing less than Stanley KUBRICK!
